While members were preparing for the Horseshoe Tournament  the tones were hit out for the 2nd alarm in Chester City. Bringing Ladder 68 (Marcus Hook Trainer) (Sta. 52 BrookHaven) for the air bank, (Sta. 45 Parside) for the RIT. Ladder 68 ( J. CLAUSEN) went responding seconds after dispatched with a crew of 6. Ladder 68 arrived on scene and was told by Chester 11 to go to the roof and start a trench cut. The crew split in half doing ventilation on the roof and half the crew was on the line attacking the fire while some were checking the exposure buildings. All crews worked for almost 2 hours bringing the blaze under control. Great job to all units on scene. Company 68 was off radio at 10:43
